5 Ways to Increase Positive Energy

1. Show Gratitude 
What are you thankful for? 

Gratitude is an emotion expressing appreciation for what one has.

At Wish Supply Co. we believe that what you put out into the world will always come back to you. Realizing how amazing your life is at the current state will bring beautiful energy in return.

 

2. Reflect 
Prayer, Meditation, Journaling

 A great start to the morning is meditating on the day ahead: thinking of what you are grateful for and envision your goals and dreams coming to life.

3. Make Goals & Make a Plan
Hold yourself accountable

Growth in life adds to a fuller story. What are your goals in life? Writing out your goals can be a help practice method as an additional step to taking your goals and plans from your mind to paper. Place your goals somewhere you will see them everyday (ex. bathroom mirror, desk, dresser). This will reinforce the accountability aspect as you revisit those goals daily.

 

4. Exercise
Find a routine

 A body in motion stays in motion. A body in rest stays in rest.

Exercise is a great stress reliever and can become part of your daily routine. 30 mins everyday and you can gain the positive effects:

5. Build Lasting Relationships
 Family and friends

Human connection is the most important thing in life. At the end of the day, the relationships you have: family & friends is what will give the greatest joy in life. Surround yourself with people who love you exactly for who you are and love them back.
